If she insists that you must go
to the more expensive places, don't go on the date. Run away from
her, don't walk. Make any excuse you can not to go on the date. She
is just out for an expensive meal. If you are able to agree on a
place that suits both your needs, make it some place that is decent.
While this maybe a test to see what her interest is in you, you don't
want to look like a cheap bastard. Go to some place where the food is
good and you know that you will have a good time.
Now you are in the restaurant.
If she begins to look around and snicker her nose at things, then she
probably isn't pleased by what she sees. She had her hopes up that
you would take her out to a fancy place, only to realize that the
table cloth didn't cost 100 dollars. How much does she drink? Now
that you have had your meal, how many drinks has she ordered? Has she
order enough drinks that she would have drank most men under the
table? The last thing you need to get involved with is a drunk.
How is the conversation?
In between drinks
or when getting various portions of your meal, spark up a
conversation. Does she have the same interests? Is she able to talk
for five minutes without asking you how much you make or about your
past girlfriends? How does she eat? You can tell how a woman feels
about a man by the way they eat. Did she eat with her mouth open and
half of everything fell unto the table? Is she slurping her soup or
belching after every sip of her drink? If so she probably doesn't
think to highly of you. If on the other hand she is delicate and
womanly while she is eating, then she respects you. She wants to give
you a good first impression that will last.
After the meal is ate,
the drinks are drunk, now its time to review the date. Don't jump
into a second date because you are lonely or want sex. You could be
wasting your time. Remember the other five things that we discussed
while you are mentally reviewing the date. If all things went well,
then I would ask for another date. Perhaps when you arrive at her
house to drop her off you could slip the question. I wouldn't ask
after she finishes her last cocktail. That will make you look too
aggressive, it might give her the idea that you are like a puppy dog
and she can command your every move.
Relax, have fun,
and watch the signals she gives off. You will be able to tell if she
is interested in you. If not, don't loose any sweat. There are other
